We have this wonderful neighbor, Mr. Greg (whom our children call him), who lives across the street.
He recently married a wonderful lady, Michelle, whom he met on the Internet and is from Upper State New York as he is. She lives in S. Cali. Because of the economy, it is hard to sell homes right now, so they are LIVING AND MAKING IT WORK, that long distance marriage work. He goes down to her house lots, and we watch his dog and cat. Well, this weekend, Michelle came here. We love and adore her!
They stopped by tonight (just a quick visit, but always welcome).
My children STEPPED UP and OH MY GOSH! It was like they have never seen people before in their lives besides Don and I. They had to show Michelle everything they knew, from favorite Internet sites, to break dancing moves, to lots of hugs! Don and I cracked up the entire time!
I paused in my brain for a split moment, are my children sheltered? NOT! What a horrible thought I had! CRAZY ME!
They just love Mr. Greg so much and his new wife Michelle, they and welcomed them into our home. It was cute!
Bring it on kiddos! You are too cute for words.
