Many of my family and friends say that their favorite day of the year is Christmas or Fridays!
Friday, I understand - two days of R&R.
Christmas, I understand - Christ's birth, Ham or Turkey, Family, Gifts, Tinsel and the Pine smell througout.
For me, my favorite day of the year is EASTER!
Why?
1995, I became a born again Christian - Thanks to Jesus! I was given a new beginning!
Easter represents the day that Jesus Christ rose from the dead for ME (and for You too)!
God created Himself into human form and brought His son, Jesus, to earth, for ME (and You too)!
He was persecuted, tortured, and crucified! Three days later, He came back for ME (and YOU too)! His blood on the cross spilled for ME (and YOU too)!
New LIFE!
Thank you Jesus!
