Two Weeks off!

Yes, TWO weeks off from school!



The second storm of the year is here and driving home in the truck, I thought I was going to get blown off of the road. Low visability from blowing snow.....I was doing 45 along with everyone else on the freeway, when a HUMMER just coasts right past all of us!!!! I am getting a degree to get a HUMMER! Yes, that is my goal!!! I want a HUNTER GREEN ONE!



Christmas shopping is ALMOST done! A few more things for the kiddos, then I AM DONE! I cannot talk for hubby, but he is on his own time table, and always manages to make the deadline.



I have to honest. Yes, the house is decorated with tinsel, lights, and jingle everywhere, but I was just not into the spirit yet...at least not until tonight, on the way to school. My favorite radio station is KLOVE! When Isaac was a little boy (age 3-5), when Christmas always rolled around, he would ask me to play, "Mary Did You Know" over and over. We would sing, act out the song, and dance cheek to cheek each and every time we heard the song. Well, tonight, on the way to school...KLOVE played the song! It was God telling me, LINDSIE, GET INTO THE SPIRIT AND REMEMBER MY SON IS THE REASON!!!! HELLO! With everything going crazy, He stepped in and just nailed it into my heart! THANKS GOD! LOVE YA!



Now, I have two weeks of ZERO studying, (except for Praxis MATH - I WILL Pass!) and focusing on Christ and my family. The REAL Reason for the season.
