I think there is a sign, that only animals can read, on my home that says, if you are a stray, please come in!!!
Two days ago, we had a stray female black lab with us for two days. We thought about keeping her, as she was adorable and a LAB! Cody (Choc. Lab) went crazy around her. AND.....that would make us having three dogs! Too much for ME to handle. Animal Services took her, promising me that they would not put her to sleep and would find a home for her.
Today, a tiger kitten showed up. He/She? is spending the evening with Iris, in her room. We already have Boo Banning, the cat. Would one more hurt? I mean it is not like a dog, cats are pretty self sufficient. You feed them, pet them, love them, and they do the rest. He/She is really cute and fun and SUPER FAST!
What is it? God knows I love animals and my door is always open, but common! God, I do not get it!
My mother once told me that while growing up, her mother had about 20 stray cats that they fed nightly in their backyard. CRAZY!
Anyone want a tiger kitten?
