Last week, while I was in class, Isaac had a baseball game where he hit a triple and several hits...WAY TO GO! The kick is this.....there is a girl in his class who he is "tickled" about. Everytime he was up to bat or played his favorite position, catcher, he would ask his sister to get her so she could watch him! HOW CUTE IS THAT! Harmless yet adorable!
Iris hit the mark to receive her AR hat! I have to tell you. She has come a very long way this year and I am deeply proud of her. My baby girl. Tonight, she dressed in her best and hit a birthday party dinner with a dear friend! It was so special for her. I feel so horrible, though...I didn't realize it was an actual birthday party with other guests, as I thought it was one on one. I didn't have a gift for Irie to give to her. Will make that one up.
Iris got her progess report, as she has 3 weeks left until the 5th GRADE! OH MY! All A's and B's. She has rasied her reading level to the middle of the 5th grade and her math is EXCELLENT! YAYAY!
Isaac had his summer karate tourney today - 3rd in fighting and 1st in Kata 6. He fought the fight of his life today. Everyone was so proud of him. I cried.
Children's Lit is over for me - B+ - because I missed one class due to auto failure. Oh well but YAY...I will take that grade.
Don is amazing, as always...loving and fun, and best of all....DON!
