I have been wrestling with the idea of letting Iris watch the movie Twilight. I did not want her to become infatuated with the vampire idea, ya know? I know that when I watched movies, starting at the age of 11, I would dream about that sort of character. Didn't you?
Well, after watching it myself two times and reading all of Stephanie Meyer's books, I still hesitated.
All of her friends had seen the movie and/or read the books. I will NOT let her read the books (too revealing, but GREAT READS!).
I let her watch it the other day. Her response....
Mom: What did you think of the movie?
Iris: Didn't care for it really
God, I LOVE YOU!
