That was our realtor once said to us! Two days ago, it was 96 degrees while I sat spritzing my face with water at Isaac's baseball game. Today, it was 46 degrees and the wind is howling last night. The weather man says it might SNOW! CRAZY, but I do love it. It is just hard on the allergies and skin!
Iris came home today telling me that she has finally figured what she wants to do...VOLLEYBALL! God, please give my adorable daughter the stamina and strength to keep her goal and give me the patience to help her persue it. I am being honest here. I really do not see Iris doing a sport, but God willing, when Iris puts her mind to something, she Goes ALL OUT! YAY IRIS. My baby girl will be starting MIDDLE SCHOOL in AUGUST! I cannot believe it! The middle school here is 5th-8th grade. Though she will have only two teachers (homeroom, and 5 periods with the same teacher), she will have her own locker and be in MIDDLE SCHOOL! I am excited but as any mother...NERVOUS!
Pulling out papers from Isaac's backpack today, I saw this....
"I threw my sister in the sky,
She went high high and I cried cried."
By Isaac Banning (2nd grade)
HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!

hahahaaaa Isaac is the greatest poet EVER! I love it. Also, YAY Iris. I played volleyball for two years in highschool. I stopped once I started making out. Conflicting schedules.
